Our Founder
Tanya is dedicated to research and delivery of empirically informed clinical care for individuals with complex co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders. Tanya has co-authored several treatment manuals for serious mental illness and delivers training workshops and consultation to mental health practitioners in empirically informed interventions.
Research Director
Robert F. Krueger is a distinguished psychologist and Distinguished McKnight University Professor at the University of Minnesota. He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin and his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Renowned for his pioneering work in personality psychology, psychopathology, and behavior genetics, Dr. Krueger has significantly advanced the understanding of personality traits and mental health disorders.


Our Research
The ARCS Institute was founded with the belief that behavioral health research should be done in collaboration with practice not separate from it. ARCS is committed to building a bi-directional relationship between research and practice by providing cutting edge empirically informed services that contribute to evidence based advancement of the behavioral health care field.
